I am not one of those girls that can live off lettuce! I have tried and failed so many times it became exhausting and upsetting. But through all this failure, self sabotage and tears I have found lots of healthy recipes that are satisfying and help to curb the junk food cravings until they hardly exist (I don’t think they will ever completely go due to clever marketing techniques). I hope these will help at least one person on a journey to a good relationship with food.
